28CrMo57钢变形抗力研究

    Study on Deformation Resistance of 28CrMo57 Steel

    • 摘要: 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对28CrMo57钢金属塑性变形抗力进行试验研究,实测了不同变形温度、变形速率、变形程度下28CrMo57钢的变形抗力,分析了各工艺参数对变形抗力的影响。建立了28CrMo57钢变形抗力数学模型并用Marquardt方法进行了回归,该模型具有良好的曲线拟合特性,用该模型计算出的结果与实测值吻合较好,可为计算力能参数提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Experimental studies are made with Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator on the metallic plastic deformation resistance of the 28CrMo57 Steel,involving actual measurements of the deformation resistances of the said steel under different deformation temperatures,deformation rates and deformation severities,and analysis of the influences by different process parameters on the deformation resistance. The mathematic model for the deformation resistance of the 28CrMo57 Steel is set up with the regression done by means of the Marquardt method. With good curve-fitting performance the said model is capable of producing expected values close to the actually measured ones and providing necessary theoretic basis for calculation of relevant energetic parameters.
