    Yield Strength Variation Regularity of 14.10 mm Linepipe-purposed X70 Steel Plate before and after Pipe-forming Process

    • 摘要: 分析了X70M钢级14.10 mm板厚管线钢制管前后屈服强度变化规律;利用试验结果及大生产的性能统计数据,得出通过钢板屈服强度Rt0.5、拉伸曲线形态(金相组织类型)两种预测制管前后屈服强度变化规律的方法。分析认为:X70M钢级14.10 mm板厚管线钢的屈服强度越高,制管后屈服强度下降越多;钢板屈服强度越低,制管后屈服强度上升越多。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay is the yield strength variation regularity of the14.10 mm X70 steel plate before and after the pipe-forming process.Based on the analysis, and the test result and the statistic data of the properties as obtained from the massive production two methods respectively using the yield strength as Rt0.5of the steel plate, and the tensile curve morphology(i.e., the metallographic structure type)of the steel plate are established to predict the yield variation regularity of the steel plate before and after the pipe-forming process.The analysis leads to such as conclusion that the higher the 14.10 mm linepipe-purposed X70M steel plate is, the lower this value will be after the pipe-forming process, and vice versa.
