连轧钢管“竹节”形成的机理和控制

    MECHANISM AND CONTROL OF “BULGING” FORMATION OF CONTINUOUSLY ROLLED STEEL TUBE

    • 摘要: 本文较深入地研究了连轧管“竹节”形成的机理及控制方法,同时综合介绍了西德、日本许多厂家对“竹节”形成原因的研究和控制情况。宝钢钢管厂研究出一种新的“竹节”控制方法,可以基本上消除后“竹节”,而且可以控制后“竹节”段的壁厚与中段相同,甚至比中段更薄。

       

      Abstract: The paper involves a deep study of mechanism and control methods of "bulging" formation of the continuously roiled steel tube and a comprehensive introduction to the recent ressearch progress concerning formation and control of "bulging" made by a number of manufacturers in W. Germany and Japan. With a new control method for "bulging" developed by the Steel Tube Works of Baoshan Iron & Steel Complex, "bulging" occurred on tube rear seetion could be almost eliminated, meanwhile the wallthickness on rear "bulging" section, could be controlled as the same as that of the middle section, and even smaller.
