    Study on Heat Treatment Process for Quenched-tempered 30Mn P110 Oil Tubing

    • 摘要: 根据30Mn钢的CCT曲线确定出Ac1Ac3Ms温度,在27MnCr调质P110钢级产品热处理工艺基础上,通过分析30Mn钢与27Mn Cr钢的合金成分、管径规格对热处理工艺性能的影响,从淬火温度、回火温度、保温时间、冷却速度等方面采用对比分析法得出30Mn钢调质P110钢级油管的工业化热处理生产工艺:淬火温度925℃、步进周期32 s,回火温度530℃、步进周期32 s,外淋水量1 300 m3/h、外淋时间12 s,内喷水量350 m3/h、内喷时间11 s。

       

      Abstract: Based on Ac1, Ac3and Mstemperatures as determined with the CCT curve of the 30Mn steel, and the heat treatment process for the quenched-tempered 27MnCr P110 pipes, the effects by the alloy elements of the 30Mn steel and the 27MnCr steel as well as the steel pipe sizes on performance of the heat treatment process are analyzed. Furthermore the comparative analysis method is used to set up the industrialized heat treatment process for the said P110 oiltubing, involving such aspects as quenching temperature, tempering temperature, holding time and cooling speed.The process parameters include quenching temperature:925℃, and walking beam cycle:32 s;tempering temperature:530℃and walking beam cycle:32 s;external spray water volume:1 300 m3/h and spraying time:12 s;and internal spray water volume:350 m3/h, and internal water spraying time:11 s.
