摘要: 在高频直缝焊管过程中热量输入在同挤压辊的挤压力要相匹配,才能保证焊缝的质量,本文介绍的TP-805微机监测系统能对挤压力和焊接温度进行实时监测。Abstract: In HF pipe longitudinal-welding,onlY the heat input is matched with the pressure of press rolls, can the seam quality be ensured. Both the pressure and welding temperature can be real-timely monitored by TP-805 microprocessor system described herein.
