利用废铁渣制备氧化铁和芒硝

    Using Waste Iron Slag to Produce Ferric Oxide and Reussin

    • 摘要: 以废铁渣为主要原料与工业硫酸反应可制备氧化铁及芒硝,简述了该工艺实验情况,该工艺解决了废铁渣占地及污染环境的问题,具有投资少、占地面积小、排放的废液无毒无害等优点。该工艺的产品可用于工业生产,有一定的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article is the design of the technology for producing ferric oxide and reussin by means of using waste iron slag as main raw material to react with industrial sulfuric acid to get the former and using the resulted filtered solution together with caustic soda to get the latter. The said technology is helpful to solve the problems of land occupation and environment pollution caused by iron slag disposal, it itself features such advantages as small investment and land occupation as well as poison-free and harmless waste solution. Considerable economic and social benefits shall be obtained by applying the said products for industrial purpose.
