摘要: 介绍了1Cr18Ni9Ti极薄壁钢管表面点状缺陷的形成原因。通过电渣重熔降低管钢中的硫含量,达到0.004%以下,由此减少或杜绝钢管在电解抛光过程中暴露出来的点状缺陷。Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the factors responsible for the spot defects on the surface of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti extreme light wall steel tube, the said spot defects revailed in the process of electropolishing have been reduced or eliminated by means of keeping S content of the steel under 0.004% with electroslag remelting process.
