摘要: 对42MnMo7油井管失效形式进行了分析,提出了非调质钢（F-N80）成分的设计方案。通过工业试验,找出了F-N80的成分范围及轧制方案。Abstract: Different failures of 42MnMo7 oil well pipe are analyzed, and chemical composition of the non-quenched/tempered steel (F-N80) proposed. Based on relevant industrial experiments, the chemical composition and rolling schedule of the F-N80 oil well pipe are set up.
