美国ERW/HFW钢管应用经验借鉴

    Drawing on US Experiences Concerning Application of ERW/HFW Pipes

    • 摘要: 介绍了美国针对ERW/HFW钢管所建管道开展的工作:搜集ERW/HFW焊缝失效历史数据,分析了管道内检测、水压试验及预测模型的有效性;对钢管承压时焊缝的抗力进行了量化试验研究;开展了有关沟腐蚀的研究;综合分析了上述研究工作的结果。对我国管道建设使用HFW钢管提出了建议:在进行管道设计时对HFW钢管的选型一定要慎重,整体上讲HFW钢管用于油气管道建设是没有问题的,问题的重点是在管道项目建设中应选择技术水平高、质量管理体系相对可靠完善的HFW焊管生产厂;另外为了保证管道项目的质量水平,可针对项目的具体特点制定相应严格的HFW焊管订货技术规格书。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the activities as carried out in America to build pipeline systems with ERW and HFW pipes, including collecting the historic data concerning failures of weld seams of such welded pipes, analyzing the effectiveness of interior checking of the piping, the hydrostatic testing and the forecasting model, conducting quantitative experiment research on the resistance of the weld of the pressure-bearing steel pipe, and carrying out research on gully corrosion, etc.The results of the above mentioned research activities are comprehensively analyzed.Accordingly suggestions are made for using HFW pipes for domestic pipeline system construction.It is suggested that great care has to be taken to select types of the HFW pipe when designing the pipeline system, and that although the HFW pipe in general has no problem for construction of oil and gas pipeline systems, it is critical to choose HFW makers with high technical level and relatively reliable and complete QA management system for pipeline construction projects.Moreover it is also suggested that based on specific characteristics of the project, relevant strict purchase technical specifications for the HFW pipe be prepared so as to assure the quality level of the pipeline system.
