Abstract: The shape of the internal plug for internal spiral-ribbed tube cold-drawing is analysed and the shape the cylindrical spiral linear one which is suitable for the plug mass production is put forward. The experiment shows that the application of this kind of plug which has lower cost and longer service life leads to the production of the internal spiral-ribbed tubes which can meet the design requirements.
