三辊联合穿轧钢管轧机的工艺试验与分析

    TECHNOLOGICAL EXPERIMENT AND ANALYSIS RELATING TO THE THREE ROLL PIERCING & ROLLING COMBINED TUBE MILL

    • 摘要: 联合穿轧法是在一台三辊斜轧机上用一个道次同时完成穿孔、轧管和均整三道工序。联合穿轧钢管轧机具有大变形量的特点,宜于生产高精度的小口径无缝管,尤其是尺寸精度和形状要求严格的厚壁热轧成品管。本文介绍了该轧机的主要技术性能、三种孔型方案及试件、穿轧情况。并初步分析了穿轧中出现的管尾三角形、喇叭口、内外螺纹问题及钢管的表面质量、尺寸精度。

       

      Abstract: The piercing & rolling combined process is such a one that piercing, rolling and reeling of pipes can be completed through a single pass in three roll cross mill. The piercing & rolling combined mill features a large amount of deformation and is suitable for producing high precise seamless pipes with small diameter, especially for producing hot rolled finished pipes with thick wall and strict requirements of dimesion and geometry. The main characteristics, three kinds of passes, testing pieces and piercing conditions of the mill are described. Tail triangle, flaring, inside and outside spiral marks as well as surface quality and dimensional accuracy during rolling are analyzed roughly.
