热轧超级双相不锈钢管S32750的工艺实践

    Process Practice of S32750 Hot-rolled Super Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 介绍了在试验轧管机上研究热轧生产S32750超级双相不锈钢管的工艺参数,工艺参数优化后在大型热连轧轧管机组上进行试生产。实践证明:利用现有的热连轧轧管机组可以生产双相不锈钢管,前提是要优化管坯的加热温度,合理分配变形量。用热轧方法生产双相不锈钢管,不仅可以提高成材率,还可以弥补挤压机生产大直径超长钢管的不足。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the study of the process parameters as made with the experimental pipe mill for hot-rolling of the S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipe,and the trial production activities as carried out with the large-sized hot-rolling mandrel mill with the optimized process parameters. It is proved by the practice that the existing hot-rolling mandrel mill is capable of producing the duplex stainless steel pipe,provided that the temperature for heating the billet is optimized,and the deformation amount is properly distributed. Employment of the said hot-rolling process to make the duplex stainless steel pipe will not only bring about high yield,but also cover the shortage of the extrusion process for making large-sized,extra-long steel pipe.
