摘要: 介绍了钢管连轧过程的有限元分析方法及其在实际中的应用。利用三维动态显性算法,可以精确地分析和模拟金属变形过程,有效地优化工艺设计。在有限元编程过程中,采用一些合理的假设及一系列最新的算法,使有限元分析程序能够在微机上运行。Abstract: The paper deals with FEM for steel tube continuous rolling and the practical application thereof. With 3-dimension dynamic explicit solution procedure, the metal deformation process can be analyzed and simulated accurately and the process design optimized effectively. During the FEM programming, some reasonable hypotheses and a number of new algorithms were used to make the said programme used with PC operation.
