小直径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管焊接缺陷探讨

    Discussion of Defects in Welding of Small Diameter and Thin Walled LSAW Pipes

    • 摘要: 分析小直径直缝埋弧焊管焊接时的受力状态,找出导致小直径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管产生烧穿、气孔、咬边的主要原因;分析“噘嘴”对小直径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管焊接质量的影响;给出防止焊缝产生上述缺陷的控制措施。分析认为:重力和热输入是导致小直径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管产生焊接缺陷的主要原因;通过控制热输入、成型后“噘嘴”、内焊缝宽度并适当调整坡口尺寸等,可减少小直径薄壁直缝埋弧焊管内焊焊接缺陷的产生。

       

      Abstract: The stress state in welding of small diameter LSAW pipes is analyzed and the key causes leading to burning through, air holes and undercutting occurred in welding of small diameter LSAW pipes are summed up.The control measures to prevent the above defects occurred in welding joint are provided through analysis of the effects of the "pout" on the weld quality of small diameter and thin walled LSAW pipes.The result shows that the gravity and heat input are the main reasons which cause the weld defects occurred in small diameter and thin walled LSAW pipes.The weld defects occurred in inner welding joint of small diameter and thin walled LSAW pipes can be reduced by controlling the heat input, the "pout" during formation and inner welding joint width as well as properly adjusting the bevel dimension.
