Study on Hot-extrusion Pressure for Incoloy 825 Alloy Tube

  • 摘要: 采用Gleeble 1500 热变形模拟试验机,研究温度、应变速率和变形抗力之间的关系,利用主应力法建立Incoloy 825 合金挤压力的计算公式并计算挤压力值;利用Deform 有限元软件模拟合金在挤压变形中各处的应力和应变速率,研究整个挤压过程中挤压力的变化情况。研究结果表明:对比软件模拟、理论计算以及实际生产数值,最大挤压力均出现在挤压突破阶段,理论计算的结果与实际生产的挤压力差别较小。
    Abstract: With the Gleeble 1500 hot-deformation simulation testing machine,the relationship between the temperature, the strain rate and the deformation resistance are investigated. And the computation formula for the extrusion pressure for the Incoloy 825 alloy is set up,and the pressure value is worked out. The changing status of the extrusion pressure during the whole extrusion process is studied by means of simulating the stress and strain rate as present at all points in the said process via the FE software Deform. As a result it is identified that comparing relevant data resulting from the software-made simulation,the theoretical calculation and the actual operation, it is found that all the max.extrusion pressures occur at the breakthrough stages,and that the theoretical extrusion pressure is slightly different from the one as used for actual operation.
