淬火温度对25Mn2V钢组织与性能的影响

    Effect by Quenching Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 25Mn2V Steel

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸试验、硬度试验和金相分析等方法,研究了25Mn2V钢在不同温度(850,880,910,950,1 000,1 050℃)淬火+600℃回火后的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:25Mn2V钢调质处理淬火温度为910℃时,其力学性能最高;但当淬火温度达到950℃时,钢材淬火组织明显粗化,力学性能下降。

       

      Abstract: Investigated are the mechanical properties and microstructures of the 25Mn2V steels as quenched at different temperatures(850,880,910,950,1 000 and 1 050℃)and tempered at 600℃by means of tensile test,hardness test and metallographic test.The test results show that the 25Mn2V steel presents maximum mechanical properties after being quenched at 910℃.However,along with the quenching temperature is going up to 950℃,its after-quench microstructure is obviously getting coarsened,and its mechanical properties are getting decreased.
