Abstract: Based on the verification of the bearing service life of the Φ76mm plug mill line's piercerplugbar carriage, relevant measures to modify the said carriage were made, including selecting more proper bearing type, correcting assembly dimensions, etc, Thanks to the modification, higher efficiency of the carriage has been obtained.
