钢管连轧“竹节”问题的探讨

    AN APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF “BULGE” IN MPM PROCESS

    • 摘要: 在连轧中造成钢管壁厚超差的主要原因是"竹节"。本文着重分析了润滑条件、润滑状态、孔型设计和工具使用状态、外张力的给定及合理的调整对"竹节"的影响,并提出了一些克服"竹节"的工艺措施。

       

      Abstract: In MPM process the wall thickness variation which is out of tolerance range is ma-inly caused by the "bulge". In the article stress is given to the effects of ubricant conditions,pass design,tool state,specified tension and its regulation on the"bulge".Some process measures for eliminating the "bulge" are presented。
