摘要: 分析了钢在冶炼、浇铸和轧制工艺过程中可能出现的残余元素、成分偏析、表面氧化铁皮及带钢厚度不均等缺陷对焊管生产中带钢纵剪、管坯成型、焊接和焊后热处理质量的影响。Abstract: The investigation shows how the qality of such operations of welded pipe production as slitting, tube formation, welding and afer-welding-heat treatment are influenced by steel defects like residual elements, chemical composition segregation, surficial scaling and strip thickness uneveness, which possibly occur during melting, casting and rolling of the material.
