X70钢级低温管件焊接及热处理工艺试验研究

    Experimental Study on Welding and Heat Treatment Processes for X70 Low-temperature Service Pipe Fitting

    • 摘要: 分析X70钢级低温管件用钢板的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能,研究X70钢级低温管件的焊接工艺、热处理工艺。分析认为:采用20 kJ/cm较低焊接线能量、多层多道埋弧焊接工艺,可得到较均匀、细化的原始焊态金相组织;焊后采用淬火(950±10)℃×1.5 h+回火(630±10)℃×2.5 h调质热处理工艺,焊缝及热影响区可获得较好的综合力学性能。

       

      Abstract: The welding and heat treatment processes for the X70 low-temperature service pipe fitting are studied by means of analyzing the chemical composition, metallographic microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel plate as material thereof.As a result, it is identified that homogenous and fined primer welding state metallographic microstructure will be obtained with the multi-layer and multi-pass, and 20 kJ/cm low welding wire energy SAW welding process;and that rather good comprehensive mechanical performance of the weld seam and the HAZ of the pipe fitting will also be obtained via the after-weld quenching and tempering heat treatment process featuring quenching at(950±10)℃ ×1.5 h.+tempering at(630±10)℃ ×2.5 h.
