采用CSP工艺生产的Nb-Ti复合微合金X60钢级管线钢的组织和性能

    Structure and Properties of Nb-Ti Compound Micro-alloyed X60 Steel for Linepipe Purpose as Produced with CSP Process

    • 摘要: 测试分析了采用CSP(Compact Strip Production)工艺生产的Nb-Ti复合微合金X60钢级管线钢的组织和性能。结果表明,与传统工艺生产的同类产品相比,CSP工艺生产的这种管线钢各向异性小,横向和纵向的抗拉强度及屈服强度差值都小于15MPa;具有优良的断裂韧性和抗氢致开裂及抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂性能;高频电阻焊接制管后,焊缝和热影响区的组织为PF+P,焊缝的冲击功平均值为109J,焊缝对沟状腐蚀不敏感。

       

      Abstract: Tested and analyzed are the structure and properties of the Nb-Ti compound micro-alloyed X60 steel for linepipe purpose as produced with the CSP (Compact Strip Production) process. The result demonstrates that compared with the similar products as made with the conventional processes, the said CSP process-produced X60 steel possesses such properties as slight differences between the properties in different directions, e.g., the differences of both tensile strength and yield strength between the transversal and the longitudinal are ≤15 MPa, and excellent fracture toughness and HIC and SSCC resistances. The properties of the HFW pipe made of the said steel are: PF +P structure of both the weld seam and the heat-affected area, average impact value: 109 J and in- sensitivity to the stench-shaped corrosion, etc.
