无缝钢管静水压试验失效类型及原因浅析

    Hydrostatic Test Failure Types and Their Analysis of Seamless Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 介绍了无缝钢管静水压试验中,钢管弯曲变形和开裂两种失效主要表现形式,并用扫描电镜和能谱仪分别对静水压试验失效缺陷试样进行了分析;提出了避免无缝钢管静水压试验失效的具体措施,包括在炼钢和浇铸过程中避免大型夹杂物的聚集和钢管裂纹的产生,在轧制和热处理过程中避免不良组织和缺陷的产生,以及加强对静水压试验设备的检查等。

       

      Abstract: The principal types of two kinds of failures which are bending deformation or cracking of seamless steel pipes in hydrostatic test are described,the samples with failure defects taken from hydrostatic test are analyzed with a scanning electron microscope or an energy disperse spectroscopy respectively and some detailed pressures used for avoiding failure in seamless steel pipe hydrostatic test are proposed such as eliminating large inclusion concentration during steel making and casting,avoiding cracks occurred in steel pipes and minimizing imperfect structure during pipe rolling and heat treatment as well as strengthening the examination of hydrostatic testing equipment.
