螺旋埋弧焊管剩磁的产生及其消除

    Causes for and Countermeasures Against Residual Magnet of SAW Spiral Weld Tube

    • 摘要: 简要分析了螺旋埋弧焊管由于受母材成分、组织以及焊接过程的影响,其产品两端会产生剩磁,影响产品质量。提出了管端剩磁可采用特斯拉计测量;消磁一般采用交流消磁和直流消磁两种方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis as described in the paper, it is identified that the occurrence of residual magnet at both ends of the SAW spiral weld tube is related to such elements as chemical composition and structure of the base metal and the welding process. The said residual magnet produces negative influences on product quality.Accordingly, proposals are put forward, including using the Tesla meter for measurement of the residual magnet and eliminating it by means of both AC and DC demagnetization methods.
