连铸坯中心质量对无缝钢管内折的影响
Influence by CC Billet Central Quality on Internal Fold of Seamless Steel Tube

摘要: 无缝钢管内折的表现形式多种多样,产生原因比较复杂。通过对铸坯、无缝钢管、轧钢事故管坯进行酸浸低倍检验,研究了连铸圆坯心部质量与内折缺陷形式的对应关系,发现具有发达的树枝晶的铸坯心部容易产生中心裂纹,它所形成的无缝钢管内折的形式为向内延伸的沿晶裂纹;中心疏松严重的铸坯心部容易产生点状和发纹状间隙,它所形成的无缝钢管内折的形式为平行于内表面的层状裂纹。在工艺方面,采用结晶器电磁搅拌(M-EMS)技术后使铸坯的中心等轴晶区扩大,20钢钢管内折率从0.22%下降到0.07%。Abstract: Internal folds of seamless steel pipes fall into various types due to rather complicated causes for such defect. CC round central quality vs the fold type is studied with acid etch macrostructure tests as conducted to CC billet,seamless steel pipe and the shell from some rolling failure. As a result,it is identified that billet center with rich dendrites is apt to produce central cracks which lead to pipe internal folds featuring cracks running inward along with the dendrites,while billet center with serious porosity is apt to develop spotted and hair-lined clearances which lead to pipe internal folds as laminal cracks parallel to the inner surface. Accordingly, the mould-electric magnetic stirring (M-EMS) process is used to enlarge the billet central equiaxed zone,having got the internal fold rate of the 20 pipe reduced from the original 0.22% to 0.07%.
