轧制核级换热器传热管的预制批评定

    Qualification of Prototype Batch of Nuclear-classified Heat Exchanger Conducting Pipes

    • 摘要: 根据法国RCC-M《压水堆核岛机械设备设计和建造规则》对核级换热器传热管制造开展预制批评定的要求,通过对实际换热器传热管的制造条件、工艺过程和工艺参数的研究和验证,建立了工业化批量生产换热器传热管的制造大纲以固化传热管的制造工艺和工艺参数,同时针对制造过程中产生的各种缺陷类型,建立了“缺陷一览表”,从而最终实现提高产品质量、保证制造进度的目的。

       

      Abstract: Following relevant requirements under French nuclear power standard RCC-M,qualification of prototype batch of the nuclear-classified heat exchanger conducting pipes is performed. The actual manufacture conditions,process flow and process parameters of the said pipes are studied and verified,which leads to establishment of the guideline for in-batch manufacture of such pipes in a bid to fix the manufacturing process and process parameters for making the pipes. Meanwhile,a List of Defects is set up according to various types of defects as occurring during the manufacturing process. All the above mentioned activities shall eventually ensure that the product quality is improved,and the fabrication project schedule is followed.
