    Design for Improvement of Fixed Buckle for Φ219 mm Push Bench Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 针对Φ219 mm顶管机芯棒固定扣瓦结构复杂、加工成本高、更换芯棒规格工作量大和花费时间长等问题,对固定扣瓦的结构进行改进,将原3块单独的固定扣瓦改为整体固定扣瓦。使用结果表明:设计的整体固定扣瓦,可极大地减少更换芯棒规格时拆装扣瓦螺栓的数量,缩短生产准备时间,降低劳动强度,提高作业效率;整体固定扣瓦与推杆之间的包围区域增加,显著提高了芯棒在顶管过程中的稳定性;完全适应多品种、小批量的生产要求。

       

      Abstract: Fixed buckle of the Φ219 mm push bench pipe mill has complex structure and high processing cost, and when changing the mandrel size, heavy workload and high time consumption are required.Accordingly the structure of the fixed buckle is improved, getting the original three individual fixed buckles modified into a monolithic structural one.Operation result of the designed fixed buckle shows advantages such as tremendous reduction of quantity of the buckle bolts as dismounted when changing the mandrel size, shortening of the time for production preparation, cutting down the labor intensity, and enhancement of the operation efficiency.Moreover since the surrounding area between the one-piece fixed buckle and the pushing rod is increased, the stability of the mandrel as running during the pushing process is significantly improved.The modification shall make the pipe mill fully adapting to production with multi types and small lots.
