Investigation of Strip Steel Deviation from Operation Centerline during SAWH Pipe Manufacturing Process and Relevant Countermeasures

摘要: 螺旋缝焊管生产过程中带钢跑偏现象是客观存在的。结合生产现场调试实际案例,对可能造成带钢跑偏的原因进行了分析,并提出了有效的应对措施,如调整工艺参数,合理优化矫平机的下压量或递送机的压力,调整带钢的参数位置等。Abstract: It is a common case that the strip steel deviates the centerline of the SWAH pipe mill during the operation. Based on relevant site test-running cases, the causes for the strip steel deviation from the centerline are investigated, and accordingly, countermeasures are proposed, such as adjusting the process parameters, optimizing reasonably the distance of flattening machine's down-pressure amount or the pressure of the delivery machine, and adjusting the strip parameter position, etc.
