核电用NS3105合金U型管壁厚偏差工艺设计及控制

    Process Design and Control of Wall Thickness Tolerance of NS3105 Alloy U-shaped Nuclear Power-purposed Tube

    • 摘要: 介绍了核电用NS3105合金U型管的技术要求、壁厚偏差的影响因素及控制措施。指出在进行NS3105合金U型管弯制前直管的尺寸偏差工艺设计时需要考虑的要素:直管壁厚不均程度,弯制中拱背部分的壁厚减薄控制,弯制后的打磨补偿,成型设备和工装对管坯壁厚不均的纠偏能力。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article are the mai n aspects of the NS3105 alloy U-shaped nuclear power- purposed tube, including the technical requirements, factors responsible for the wall thickness tolerance and relevant control actions. The key elements which need to be taken into consideration when conducting the process design for dimension tolerance of the straight blank tube before bending the NS3105 alloy U-shaped tube are presented, including the wall thickness inhomogeneity level of the straight blank tube, control of the wall thickness- reduction of the tube's arch section during bending process, after-bending polish-compensation, and the correcting effect on wall thickness inhomogeneity of the blank tube by the forming equipment and the operational tools.
