Abstract: It is known that miscrystal structure of steel tube influences its properties. Based on the analysis of the structural properties of 37Mn5 St. J55 steel tube for oil well service, process causes of the miscrystal structure of the said tube is identified and relevant preventive and corrective actions proposed.
