热电偶套管无模拉伸数学模型研究

摘要: 介绍了一种无模拉伸不锈钢热电偶套管的成型方法及生产工艺。通过对热电偶套管无模拉伸变形机制的研究,分析了拉伸速度的变化规律,并建立了无模拉伸套管的数学模型。实验证明,该模型结构简单、精确可靠、具有实用价值。Abstract: Described in the article are the formation technique and manufacturing process of non-die drawing of thermal coupling casing.Based on research on mechanism of non-die drawing deformation of thermal coupling casing,law of drawing speed variation was analyzed, and the mathematical model for non-die drawn casing established. The experiment shows that the mathematical model is of simple structure and capable of providing accurate and consistent data,being valuable in application.
