铜基纳米复合减磨涂料在P110S套管上的应用研究

    Application Study of Nano Copper-based Composite Antifriction Coating for P110S Casing

    • 摘要: 采用HT-100型球盘式摩擦磨损试验机,检测铜基纳米复合减磨涂料在P110S套管上的摩擦性能;将该涂料涂覆于P110S套管磷化接箍表面,并进行全尺寸上卸扣试验。试验结果表明:铜基纳米复合减磨涂料可在P110S套管表面形成有效保护磷化层,并极大地降低试样表面的摩擦因数;复合纳米抗螺纹黏结涂层可有效防止螺纹表面发生黏结,抗螺纹黏结性能好;与接箍镀铜相比,铜基纳米复合减磨涂层具有良好的附着力,强度高、导热性好、操作方便、成本低、实用价值良好。

       

      Abstract: The antifriction performance of the nano copper-based composite antifriction coating as applied on the P110S casing is tested with the HT-100 ball disc friction-wear testing machine.After being applied on the surface of the phosphorized coupling of the P110S casing, the coating is tested with the full-dimension screw-up and screw-off processes.The test result shows that the said coating produces an effective protective phosphorized layer upon the said casing, and remarkably reduces the friction factor of the specimen surface.The nano composite coating also has fine anti-galling performance.Compared with the coupling surface copperization process, the nano copper-based coating process has such advantages as excellent adhesion, high strength, good thermal conductivity, easy operation, high cost effectiveness and high-application value.
