高频焊管热张力减径后的在线快速冷却设备及其应用

    On-line Rapid Water-cooling System for Hot Stretch-reduced High-frequency Welded Pipe and Application

    • 摘要: 分析了高频焊管热张力减径后在线快速冷却工艺的特点、设备结构组成、工作原理等,研究了TG26材质Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm规格高频焊管在线快冷后的力学性能和金相组织。经检验,高频焊管热张力减径后在线冷却控冷工艺使钢管组织和性能得到提升,大幅降低后续离线热处理等工艺的生产成本,提高生产效率。该冷却设备的现场应用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the article are the main aspects of the on-line rapid water-cooling system for the hot stretch-reduced hi-frequency welded pipe, including the process characteristics, the equipment configuration and the operating principle, etc.Also studied are the mechanical properties and the metallographic structure of the Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm TG26 HF welded pipe as has been on-line rapidly water-cooled.Results from relevant inspection and testing of the pipe show that owing to the on-line cooling and cooling control process, the microstructure and the properties of the hot stretch-reduced HF welded pipe have been enhanced, and accordingly, operation costs of the follow-up off-line heat treatment of the pipe is tremendously reduced, and the production efficiency enhanced.Onthe-site application result shows that the said cooling system exhibits high operation effectiveness.
