摘要: 介绍了全浮、半浮和限动芯棒连轧管机的工艺特点及世界上限动芯棒连轧管机的发展情况。分别阐述了意大利达尔明厂φ355.6mmPPM-MPM 机组、墨西哥坦姆萨公司φ273mm MPM 机组、美国钢铁公司费尔菲尔德厂φ244.5mm PPM-MPM 机组、加拿大阿尔戈马钢公司φ177.8mm MPM 机组以及阿根廷希德尔卡和国内天津无缝钢管总厂的φ250mm 限动芯棒连轧管机组的概况、生产工艺流程,主要设备特点及其性能。

Abstract: The process features of the full-floating,half-floating and restrained mandrel mills as well asthe developments of restrained mandrel mills worldwide are briefed.The article respetively describesthe outlines,produetion process flows,major equipment characteristics and performances with respectto φ355.6mm PPM-MPM train in Dalmine,Italy,φ273mm MPM train in Tamsa Co.,Mexico,φ244.5mm PPM-MPM train in Fairfield Works,American Steel Co.,φ177.8mm MPM train in AlgomaSteel Corp.Ltd,Canada and φ250mm restrained mandrel mills both in Siderca Works,Argentina andin General Tianjin Steel Tube Plant,China.
