小直径CA-6NM马氏体离心铸管的研制

    R& D of Small-sized CA-6NM Martensitic Centrifugal Cast Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了卧式离心铸造小直径马氏体不锈钢铸管的生产及热处理难点,并介绍了小直径CA-6NM离心铸管的研制过程及结果。分析认为:针对铸造坯料易产生气孔、热处理工艺不当易产生细微裂纹等缺陷的问题,采用铸型在喷涂涂料后立即用压缩空气或氩气将铸型内腔的水蒸气吹走,适当提高铸型温度和浇注温度,油淬冷却至260℃左右后立即出油空冷、空冷至100℃左右后立即回火的工艺,可保证小直径CA-6NM马氏体不锈钢钢管无任何缺陷,且具有良好的金相组织与力学性能。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the technological difficulties associated with the horizontal centrifugal casting process and heat treatment process for the small-sized martensitic pipe.Also described are the details and achievement of the R& D of the said pipe.The analysis results in the following conclusion.Addressing the problem that since the cast piece is apt to produce gas hole, and improper heat treatment is apt to occurrence of defects like micro-cracks, so actions as follows should be taken to ensure the small-sized CA-6NM martensitic stainless pipe to be free of any defect, and possess fine metallographic structure and mechanical properties.After the casting mould is sprayed with the coating, immediately blowing off the water vapor in the inner cavity with compressed air or argon;appropriately raising both the mould temperature and the casting temperature;getting the pipe cooled down to about 260℃ via oil-quenching, and then getting it out of the oil, and then having it air-cooled down to about 100℃, and immediately tempering of it.
