提高圆管坯质量的工艺实践及研究

    Technological Practice for and Research on Improvement of Round Blooms for Tube-making

    • 摘要: 针对攀钢生产的轧制无缝管用圆管坯存在的问题,通过取样分析,认为缺陷主要是管坯的表面裂纹,为此进行了针对性的研究。在炼钢方面提出了控制入炉原料硫含量、钢液终点碳含量及钢中酸溶铝等措施,在轧制管坯时优化轧制工艺,改进圆管坯的夹持装置,采用高压水除鳞等措施,使管坯质量大幅度改善,从而提高了圆管坯的轧管成材率。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the defects relating to the Pangang-supplied round blooms for tube-rolling, it was identified by sample analysis that the major defect of the bloom is surface crack, based on which, follow-up studies were conducted. As a result, positive measures have been taken, including proper control of the sulfur content of the charges of the melting furnace, and final carbon content and content of acid-dissolved aluminium in the molten metal; optimization of the bloom-rolling process, improving the bloom clamping device and employment of a hi-pressure descaling system. Thanks to the a.m. measures, quality of the round bloom has been significantly improved, thus the yield of the tube rolling operation.
