    芯棒环形伤产生原因及整改措施

    Cause Analysis for Mandrel Annular Scratch and Relevant Corrective Actions

    • 摘要: 分析了连轧管机芯棒在轧制过程中产生环形伤痕的原因,提出了避免缺陷产生的措施。通过激光跟踪仪测量脱管机与连轧管机轧制中心线的重合度,动态及时准确地控制芯棒支撑闭合装置,支撑辊采用V 形辊定心,电气控制系统中增加芯棒躲避功能等,可稳定轧制,提高芯棒使用寿命,改善轧制荒管质量。电气控制系统中增加芯棒躲避功能提升连轧控制水平的方法,值得推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the article are causes for the annular scratch defect of the mandrel as developed during rolling process of the mandrel pipe mill,and accordingly proposed are relevant preventative actions.The consistent rolling operation for a longer mandrel service span,and better tube quality can be ensured by means of such actions as measuring the overlap between the rolling centerlines of the mandrel mill and the extracting mill with the laser tracker,dynamically,timely and precisely controlling the closing device of the mandrel steadier,using the V-shaped supporting roller as the centering one,and adding the mandrel escaping function to the electric control system,etc.And the last method as above mentioned for enhancing the roll level of the mill is worth popularizing.
