    二氧化碳管道输送技术进展

    Progress in Technology of Pipeline Transportation of Carbon Dioxide

    • 摘要: 简述了碳捕集与封存技术作为关键减排技术近年的发展,以及管道输送二氧化碳的优势。介绍了国内外二氧化碳管道输送技术的发展现状和二氧化碳输送管道相关标准。比较了二氧化碳的物性和不同输送相态的优缺点,阐释了CO2输送管道断裂韧性控制、腐蚀及防护技术。研究表明:由于二氧化碳的物性,二氧化碳输送管道断裂韧性控制与天然气管道显著不同,需要重新建立二氧化碳输送管道的断裂扩展和止裂的预测模型;为防止二氧化碳输送管道腐蚀,需要控制二氧化碳输送管道中水和其他气体杂质的含量。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the essay are the development of the carbon capture and storage technology as the key technology for carbon dioxide emission reduction over the recent years,and the superiority of the pipeline transportation of carbon dioxide. Elaborated are the present development situations of the technologies concerning pipeline transportation of carbon dioxide both at home and abroad,and relevant standards in association of the pipeline for carbon dioxide transportation. The physical properties of carbon dioxide,and the advantages and disadvantages of different transportation phase states are compared. And the fracture toughness control,corrosion and corrosion prevention technique of the CO2 transportation pipeline are expounded. It is demonstrated via the research that owing to the obvious differences between the carbon dioxide's physical properties and the fracture toughness control of the carbon dioxide transportation pipeline and those of the natural gas transportation pipeline,it is needed to re-establish the prediction model for fracture expansion and fracture arrest of the carbon dioxide transprotation pipeline. Also needed is to properly control the contents of water and any other gas exclusion in the carbon dioxide transportation pipeline so as to prevent corrosion thereof.
