    镀锌钢管环氧粉末涂层附着力的研究

    Research on Adhesion of Epoxy Powder Composite Coating for Galvanized Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 简述了钢管热浸镀锌-环氧粉末复合防护涂层体系的特点,详细分析了钢管热镀锌后水冷及钝化、镀锌层表面处理对粉末涂层附着力的影响情况。分析认为,应根据镀锌层风化状态制定热镀锌水冷、钝化及表面处理流程及操作规程,建议采取清扫级喷砂清理清洁锌层表面,以获取合适的表面粗糙轮廓,改善粉末涂层附着力。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the article are the characteristics of the hot dip galvanizing-epoxy powder duplex protective coating system for the steel pipe. Analyzed in detail is the effect on the adhesion of the powder coating by the water cooling and passivation,and the surface treatment of the galvanized layer after the hot-dip galvanizing of steel pipe. It is regarded via the analysis that the processes and operation procedures for the water cooling,passivation and surface treatment should be formulated according to the weathering state of galvanized layer. It is recommended to adopt a brush-off blast cleaning (or sweep blast-cleaning) to clean the surface of the zinc layer so as to obtain appropriate surface roughness contour to improve the adhesion of the powder coating.
