酸性环境用UOE焊管的开发及应用

    Develop ment and Application of UOE Welded Pipe for Service und er Acidic Conditions

    • 摘要: 简述宝钢股份酸性服役环境用UOE焊管的开发实践情况。针对典型规格、钢级的UOE焊管的主要技术要求,介绍宝钢股份不同规格产品的工艺路径方案、产品的化学成分、夹杂物和偏析控制、钢板轧制工艺,以及生产出的UOE焊管的力学性能及其应用情况。分析认为:宝钢股份通过合理设计化学成分,严格控制非金属夹杂物和中心偏析,采用TMCP轧制工艺生产制管用原料钢板(含卷板开平板),并通过控制合适的压缩率和扩径率,降低并均匀化了制管残余应力,使得UOE焊管获得了高的尺寸精度,且其力学性能及抗HIC、SSCC性能优良,满足用户的使用条件。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the article are the activities for development of the UOE welded pipe for acidic condition service as performed by Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd..According to the major technical requirements for the said company’s UOE welded pipe typical specification and in representative steel grade,the main aspects of such pipes with different specifications are also elaborated,including the process path scheme,product chemical composition,control of inclusion and segregation control,and rolling process for the steel plate blank,as well as the mechanical properties of the UOE pipe and the application situation.It is regarded via the analysis that the UOE welded pipe has high dimensional accuracy,excellent mechanical properties,and HICand SSCCresistances,and has been satisfactory to relevant customer operation requirements due to taking such measures as properly designing of the chemical composition,strictly controlling non-metallic inclusions and central segregation,making the steel plate blanks(including coil strip)with TMCP rolling process,and properly controlling the compression ratio and expansion rate to reduce and homogenizing residual stress in the pipe-making process.
