Development Mechanisms of Surface Jutter Defects of Light-wall Pipe for Making Metal Furniture and Relevant Preventative Measures

Analyzed here in the essay are the similarities and separate characteristics of the grain-like,fish-scale shaped and crescent jutter defects as staying with the pipe for metal furniture-making.Also discussed are the development mechanisms for each type of the said jutter defects.Addressing the characteristic concealment of the utter defect,method for identifying the said defects are described.And relevant preventative measures are accordingly put forward,including timely repairing the W pass for rolling the light-wall pipe,polishing and grinding the roll which showing any sign of meal building,and improving the cooling process for the lower roll.
