    Application of Array Flux Leakage Inspection Technique to Steel Tube Flaw Detection

    • The conventionally-used flux leakage steel tube flaw inspection system is capable of detecting both longitudinal and transversal defects of the tube,but for defects as located in other directions it can not produce consistent detection results.Based on the flux leakage inspection system from a certain company,the array flux leakage inspection system is elaborated focusing on the operation principle and actual detection effectiveness.Relevant practice shows that the said array detection system features not only high sensitivity,but also producing almost the same sensitivity for detecting defects in different directions.
