    Design and Construction of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)for Intelligent Coupling Processing Workshop

    • A manufacturing execution system(MES)for the intelligent coupling processing workshop is designed and constructed.Elaborated here in the paper are main aspects of the issue,including the demand for the said workshop,analysis of the architecture of the MES for the workshop,and details of the MES’s process design application scenario.It is regarded via the analysis that adapting the AI and the big data processing technologies,the said MES is capable of intelligent inspection and processing,and data processing of the coupling,and thus the coupling processing operation is remarkably optimized,and in turn both the quality and efficiency of relevant warehousing and logistics are enhanced.
