Thinking of Path for Quality Improvement and Transformation of Domestic Weld Pipe Manufacturing Enterprises—Digitalization and Automation of Production Process and Informationization of Enterprise Management and Control

Described here in the article are the present situation of domestic weld pipe-making industry,and the development and application status of the typical weld pipes for long distance-pipe line service(i.e.,the hi-strength weld pipe,the marine linepipe,the large strain steel pipe,the low temperature steel pipe and the corrosion-resistant steel pipe,etc.),and the production capacity of domestic weld pipe production lines and capacity distribution as well as the application status of informationization by the weld pipe companies. Also analyzed are the demands of transformation by the weld pipe enterprises and the path to realization of improvement of the digitalization,automation and informationization of the industry.
