    Optimization of Assembly Process for Integral Pre-bending Machine

    • Taking the new integral pre-bending machine as the research object,the structural characteristics thereof are analyzed from such aspects as the design principle and the loading status of relevant parts under the working condition etc.Addressing the issues concerning the machine such as high positioning accuracy and difficulty in controlling the part matching size,etc.,the assembly datum control scheme is prepared,and accordingly the reasonable assembly process and testing method are designed.It is proved via relevant on-the-site operation result that the process is very reasonable.
