Development of Large-sized and Abrasion-resistant Seam less Steel Pipe for Mine Tailings Conveyance

According to the characteristics of mine tailings and the need of the user,a Φ630 mm×16 mm B-contained,low-carbon micro-alloyed martensite abrasion-resistant seamless steel pipe is designed and produced. Described here in the essay are the main aspects of the said pipe,involving the manufacturing process,and the testing results of the microstructure and properties as well as the application effectiveness of the pipe. It shows with relevant facts that the 椎630 mm伊16 mm abrasion-resistant seamless steel pipe for tailings conveyance has its all mechanical properties meeting applicable requirements,and features easy welding and long service span,being satisfactory to the purpose of mine tailings conveyance.
