    Research on Anti-corrosion Effect of Heat-exchange Tube Bundle

    • Studied here in the paper are the corrosion rates and the corrosive morphologies of the materials of the 20,304 and 316L heat-exchange tube bundles as present under different service conditions. And their electrochemical corrosion resistances are tested. Meanwhile,on the matrix of 20 steel,surface coating treatments are conducted to the three types of materials by means of alumetizing,silicone coating and anti-high temperature coating separately;and then get their corrosion resistances analyzed. It is revealed via the analysis that the pitting corrosion resistances of the said three types of materials are decreased along with rise of the temperature,whereas material 316L has rather high pitting corrosion resistance relatively;compared with the aluminizing treatment and the silicone coating,the anti-high temperature-coating surface treatment brings about better high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the material.
