Development of Domestic OCTG Industry and Relevant Consideration(PartⅡ)

Owing to the continuous development over the past 40 years,the domestic OCTG industry has made tremendous progress in terms of production capacity construction,product type R&D,and upgrade of both product quality and manufacture ability,etc. Moreover the product localization rate has been close to 100%,and some of the product types as developed have filled up relevant international gaps. The development history of the domestic OCTG localization is reviewed here in the essay,and the present development situation of the domestic OCTG industry is described. Furthermore the existing problems concerning development of the said industry are pointed out,and the path of high quality development of the industry in the future is discussed. Finally relevant suggestions are proposed,involving such aspects as product upgrade,standard system construction,customer-end solution,manufacture ability enhancement,low-carbon development and the industrial chain cooperation etc.
