    Study on New Manufacturing Process of 125 Super 13Cr Martensitic Stainless Steel Pipe

    • A new manufacturing process for the 125 super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel pipe is introduced. i.e.,the "CC billet+hot-extrusion".The actual practice results reveal that the 125 super 13Cr martensitic steel pipe as manufactured via the CC billet+hot extrusion process features homogeneous and fine microstructure,and has its strength,elongation,hardness and impact performance,etc. up to applicable requirements as specified under Standard ISO 13680:2020,which means that the said new process has its rationality.
