    Design and Application of Processing Method for Steel Pipe End Connector

    • In order to solve the dislocation of the steel pipe orifice as occurring during steel pipe anti-corrosion coating operation,a new tube-end connector processing device is designed. Described here in the article are the design ideas and the main structure of the said device. Thanks for the principle of miniaturization and lightweight that the design follows,the device is capable of improving the roundness of the pipe-end connector,fixing the problem of pipe end scratch-caused damage,and enhancing the operation stability of the pipe-coating transfer line. Meanwhile the processing efficiency of the pipe end connector is increased,and the labor intensity is reduced.
