    Research of Application of Embedded Digital-display Control System for Weld Pipe Production Line

    • To meet relevant actual need by the modern steel pipe production enterprise the LED display general control system as a diversified and multi architectural general system is developed based on the LED display technology, and combination with the technological characteristics of the embedded system, which is capable of the PC stand-along operation, the server-deployed B/S mode remote control, application of integration with related interfaces of the popular software architecture platforms(e.g., .net framework, Delphi, Java and VC++, etc.). Moreover the said general system has been successfully seamless-integrated with the internet of things production logistics monitoring system, result in realization of on-line real-time digital display of the steel pipe No. and database storage via the custom developed control software and the remote control of the Internet of Things system, so as to get the visual tracking effect of the steel pipe logistics production site achieved.
